1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FreeJack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
FreeJack provides AI-powered research and task execution services through a browser extension and web dashboard. Services are provided on a tiered basis (Free and Pro plans today; Creator is planned but not for sale) with varying usage limits.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Usage Limits
Free tier: 5 lightweight tasks per day. Pro tier: unlimited tasks subject to fair-use controls. Creator tier is planned and not currently available for purchase. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions. Abuse or automated bulk usage may result in account suspension.
5. Payment Terms
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal at $19/month. Creator subscriptions are not currently sold. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FreeJack for illegal activities, to generate harmful content, to attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
FreeJack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. AI-generated content should be verified before relying on it for important decisions.
