Terms of Service for FreeJack

Acceptance

By installing or using FreeJack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or the hosted service at getfreejack.com.

Service Description

FreeJack is a Chrome extension and accompanying backend service that uses AI models to automate web tasks described in natural language. You are responsible for the tasks you instruct the extension to perform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FreeJack to:

  • Violate any law or the terms of service of any third-party website
  • Bypass authentication, paywalls, or rate limits on sites you do not own or control
  • Collect personal data without consent
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

Account & Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

AI Output Disclaimer

FreeJack relies on third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it for decisions, communications, or transactions.

Intellectual Property

FreeJack code is open source under Apache License 2.0. The FreeJack name, logo, and brand assets remain the property of the project maintainers. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the service.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the hosted service if you violate these terms. You may stop using FreeJack at any time by uninstalling the extension.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and extension update notes.
